A partner with unique access
Our established relationships as our patients’ trusted pharmacies allows us to support our manufacturer partnerships to launch new products and establish relationships in our trade territories. With a footprint serving more than 250,000 lives from our 67 stores in 7 states, we are in a prime position to reach patients with a variety of concerns. Our mix of traditional pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and long-term care pharmacy is set up to provide service to a broad range of patient needs.
Partnering with OneroRx also means having access to pharmacies that can offer more than the basic offerings. We have experience in specialized care areas that include dermatology, ophthalmology, neurology, and behavioral health, and we are able to offer enhanced services like medication synchronization and multi-dose medication packaging that helps patients stay adherent to their therapy. These offerings, along with providing the data on effectiveness and any side effects, change the game with our partners’ processes.
A partner that’s proactive
You need a partner that can improve outcomes for patients and provide the data to support those claims. Our efforts in copay assistance and adherence support do just that, and we can provide our partners with the data to understand the patient and provider journey in relation to their medications.
Patients have to be able to afford medications in order to be adherent. We proactively provide copay support, including helping patients use manufacturer coupons and join patient assistance programs that are especially geared toward those who are uninsured or underinsured.
We also proactively reach out to patients for efficacy monitoring, update providers on progress, and send any reported side effects to manufacturers. These steps all support our end goal of improving patient outcomes in relation to their medication regimen.
